Rule 36
Child Protection Standards
(1) The Children's Correctional Home shall formulate and implement child protection standards in accordance with Section 57 of the Act.
(2) The Children's Correctional Home shall create and implement a code of conduct for the officials, employees and volunteers of the Children's Correctional Home and other stakeholders to implement the standards as per sub-rule (1).
